All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through our store are final sale. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference.
By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We only offer replacements or resolutions if your item arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect (wrong item received)
If you experience any of the above, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue
Once verified, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost or another appropriate resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items used or handled after delivery
- Items without proof of damage/defect
- Orders where the customer entered incorrect shipping details
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, your order will be processed and cannot be canceled or modified.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by carriers
- Lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered”
